By accessing or using kushion.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated under the ORYZO engineering standard. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Kushion provides an AI-powered design tool that allows users to create custom cushion designs, and an e-commerce platform to purchase those designs printed on physical cushion products. The AI image generation is powered by ORYZO Neural Vision (Gemini 3.1) and results may vary.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kushion.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the specified product. We reserve the right to decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1, Paragraph (b), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or that are clearly personalised. All Kushion products are custom-manufactured and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or not as described. See our Returns Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of any original artwork or photographs you upload. By uploading content, you grant Kushion a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to generate and fulfil your order.
For AI-generated designs: the prompts you enter are your own; the generated images are produced by ORYZO Neural Vision. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., brand logos, copyrighted characters).
You must not submit prompts or upload images that contain:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kushion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the order.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
