Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1, Paragraph (b), the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specification or are clearly personalised. All Kushion cushions are custom-manufactured to your unique neural specification and therefore fall within this statutory exemption. Deployments are final upon execution.
Because every cushion is synthesized and manufactured specifically for you — using your unique ORYZO-generated or uploaded design — we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind. This is consistent with the legal exemption and standard industry practice for high-fidelity custom production.
We maintain a 100% fidelity standard. You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if:

Slight variations between digital neural previews and physical prints are inherent to the manufacturing process. Such variations within accepted tolerance limits do not constitute defects.
