These terms govern any order placed through kushion.com.

1. Who we are

KUSHION is a trading name of GODFATHER AI LTD (company number 11092714), whose registered office is at 2A Connaught Avenue

E4 7AA
United Kingdom.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kushion; “you” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order.

2. Our products

We currently sell one product, The Original Kushion, in two colourways (Black and Fireside Brown). Each Kushion is made to order. Product images are genuine campaign photography; colours may vary slightly from your screen due to display settings.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order through checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if a product becomes unavailable — in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are the total price payable. Kushion is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the price shown. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of order; we do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is complimentary. Full delivery information is available on our Delivery page.

6. Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business or the law. The terms that applied when you placed your order will govern that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
