Returns and refunds for The Original Kushion.

Your right to cancel (change of mind)

As a UK consumer buying online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no reason required.

To cancel, get in touch via our Contact page within this period. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Note: The Original Kushion is currently sold in standard colourways (Black and Fireside Brown) and is not personalised to an individual customer, so this standard cancellation right applies in full. If we introduce personalised or made-to-measure options in future, those specific items may be excluded from cancellation rights as permitted by law, and this will be clearly stated on the product at the time.

Condition of returned items

Please return the item unused and in its original packaging where possible. We may make a deduction from your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what’s reasonable to check it, in line with your statutory rights.

Return postage costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your Kushion arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, this is different from a change-of-mind return — we will cover the cost of return postage and provide a replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
